How to relieve stress naturally through Sakaso

 

Stressed out?  For so many years, I knew no other way.  It came with the crippling anxiety, deep depression, PTSD, panic attacks…  My grey hair started in my 20’s.  I searched for so long to find a natural way to relieve stress but nothing worked until Sakaso.

Yes, a little bit of stress can be healthy and spur you on to accomplishment and creativity.  But in the world most of us live in today, there’s far far too much.  So much in fact that as much as 95 - 98% of all disease is caused by stress.

My stress was rooted in my anxiety.  And the anxiety was caused by the trauma I experienced through my family.

I never felt safe.

I never felt calm.

I never felt like I was in the driver seat of my life.  I was unable to act.  All I did was react.

This is how anxiety makes you constantly stressed out.  It’s a never-ending struggle to gain control over a situation that seems dangerous and out of control.

And this has disastrous effects on our health, our ability to create meaningful relationships, and our ability to perform our best in our careers.

I tried so hard for so long to fix it.  We all do.  And then we try harder.  Why doesn’t it work?

Limiting beliefs and the subconscious mind

We’re all in this game of life.

But the problem is that that game is rigged.

The rules to the game… our personality traits, strengths and weaknesses, the things that make us who we are, are actually unseen beliefs in our subconscious mind.

This does a world of good… it’s the reason we can walk and talk and go about our day.  But sometimes, it goes wrong.  And so often it goes wrong when we’re young…

I regained consciousness when my limp body hit the floor.

But, honestly, the punches weren’t nearly as bad as what he said.

He said a lot actually.  And because I trusted him I believed it.  It’s all a blur, but the basic message was clear “There is something very wrong with you!”

When I believed it, it became a limiting belief in my subconscious mind.  In other words, it became part of my worldview.  And it became part of my PTSD.

Growing up and living in that household, my triggers were waiting for me around every corner.  Frequently, I would be overwhelmed by anxiety and stress.

So, perhaps you can understand that it was a top priority for me to remove any reason for him to criticize me, my work, or find fault in any way.

In the process, I created more limiting beliefs in my subconscious mind such as “I’ve got to make it perfect…,” “If anything goes wrong, my whole world might collapse,” “Taking a moment to center can wait until after work,” and many more.

Maybe those don’t sound so bad, but over time the stress was building and the effects began mounting. My early careers as a scientist and a software engineer didn’t help either where I literally could lose everything with one mistake.

Weird disorders began appearing: early onset arthritis, crippling IBS, fibromyalgia… there’s actually quite a list.

And I spent so much of my life trying so hard to fight through all that stuff.

In important ways, I made progress. More than once, I was able to discover things that would help me to relieve stress naturally.  But even then, there was still something missing.

I couldn’t fully heal, become whole and simply stop being stressed out, because there was a whole mess of limiting beliefs in my subconscious mind that were holding me down.

So I tried to fix it. And when that didn’t work, I then I tried harder. And harder… Why the F^*# is it so hard???

It’s hard to heal and become whole because 95% of all our mind power is in our subconscious mind.

We try to use our knowledge, our problem solving, and our willpower… everything we can think of.  But all that stuff put together only adds up to 5% of our mind power.

And if those subconscious beliefs are working against us, it’s hard.

This is how the game is rigged.  It’s an unfair fight.

Stop being stressed out by freeing yourself from limiting beliefs in the subconscious mind

But I discovered that we can rewrite the rules to the game using a process my wife Satomi and I created called Sakaso.

With it, I discovered what was holding me down. I discovered the exact limiting beliefs in my subconscious mind that were disempowering me. This was a huge deal.  I finally understood what the real problems were.

Then we shifted those subconscious beliefs using PSYCH-KⓇ. This changed everything because it allowed me to bring the other 95% of my mind on-side instead.

And then Satomi was there to support me through the crucial stage of changing the daily habits that kept those limiting beliefs in place.

It didn’t happen all at once, but step by step, I was able to change one limiting belief at a time into an empowering belief.

And gradually, I was able to dispel the ever-present fear controlling my life.

I FINALLY figured out how to relieve stress.

I was FINALLY able to heal and become whole.

I was FINALLY able to simply relax and be myself.

The only way I can describe this was as a miracle.  But it goes even further.  At the same time, I was able to overcome crises in many other aspects of my life including anxiety, depression, health, relationship and spiritual.

My life was transformed.

And Satomi and I have been able to help others transform their lives too.
