Plus a group prayer or short meditation (we haven't decided yet which one!) to send loving energy to the US and the world.
All the world problems we are facing right now are simply signals that the time of continuing to live in fear is over. The time of heart has arrived.

Note: This event is for anyone who wants to learn how to centre and move forward in their lives. Only those willing to do so should attend. Anyone being disruptive or negative should expect to be placed on mute or removed from the session and banned from further sessions.
