Our subconscious mind tries to keep us safe and that can create anxious thoughts

It's frustrating being stuck with anxiety, with being anxious and full of fear all the time. You can’t sleep, be your best, and it's unhealthy.  

Anxiety is almost completely the result of subconscious thoughts running in the background all day long.  We’ve experienced pain before in our lives and so we develop subconscious programs to keep us safe from that pain.  And that makes us react to everything as we try to protect ourselves and others from harm.

You can muscle test to find which subconscious programs are causing your anxious thoughts

A lot of different subconscious thoughts can cause anxiety and fear.  To help you free yourself from anxiety, we're going to keep releasing videos about each one of those.
