Reprogram subconscious mind Part 4: Success & Mindfulness
Today we're sharing a very simple but powerful way to reprogram the subconscious mind so you can take back control of your life. It's a unique way to use mindfulness to be calm, centered and happy. And it's also a unique way to use the Law of Attraction to create success. This is part four of this series! So be sure to watch the whole series.
Celebrate to reprogram the subconscious mind to be successful
As I’ve mentioned previously, 95% of what we do everyday is controlled by our subconscious mind. Walking, driving, digestion... they are all taken care of by the subconscious mind. It's amazing. We are protected very well by it. But also, sometimes it works too well and it can become a block toward what we want to do.
So, how do we fix that? Parts 1, 2 and 3 of this series are all very powerful methods. I do those everyday.
Now here is the fourth method: Celebrate!
Celebrate every little thing.
When you get up in the morning and put clothes on: celebrate! You brushed your teeth: celebrate, yay!
You start the car. Yay the car started nicely: celebrate! Everytime you turn a corner: celebrate. Everytime you let someone in: yay. When you are cooking, you finish cutting one carrot: yay! You peel one potato: celebrate! If you peeled 5 potatoes, that’s 5 celebrations: yay, yay, yay, yay, yay!
You watched this video this far: yay! Let's celebrate! Say it out loud: yay! Do a victory pose: celebrate! By doing this, we are sending a signal to the subconscious mind that we are successful.
Everyday, we focus too much on what we didn't finish, or what mistakes we made. But there are so many things we are doing great. Let's stop taking them for granted!
This is worth repeating. We are already successful in SO MANY ways. Let’s stop taking them for granted!
When you’re driving, turning a corner safely is a success isn't it? So celebrate. By celebrating, you are reprogramming the subconscious mind so that it’s base starting position for everything you do is that you are successful - that you are capable of achieving. If we want to accomplish some task today or if we want to achieve some goal this year, isn’t this the best place to start?
Your body and your subconscious mind are linked in ways that are hard to imagine. Change a subconscious program, and it will affect what you do and how you do it. But the reverse is also true. Create a new habit, and you will change subconscious programs.
Celebrate to achieve mindfulness, be centred and free from anxious thoughts
And by celebrating each little thing we do, we are practicing mindfulness. We are focusing on the now. focusing on cutting one carrot at a time. Not focusing on what you haven't done. This is a great exercise for anxiety as well.
You being alive right now is a beautiful thing. Every single individual moment of your life is precious. Let's celebrate!
Celebrate to use the Law of Attraction to create more success
This is also a different and powerful way of using the Law of Attraction. Everyone wants success. Well here’s “the secret”: you already have it!
By celebrating all your little successes, you create a success-mindset. A success-mindset is precious. It’s something that every single person wants whether they know it or not. Any smart businessperson or career-minded person, will tell you this.
And it doesn’t matter if you're rich or not, healthy or not, have a strong healthy relationship or not. A success-mindset will allow you to attract more success. No matter where you are starting from or what your goals are.
And with this simple, beautiful way to be, success is real, here, now! What better way to live!
And it feels good to celebrate and just say yay!
Practicing strengthens both a success-mindset and mindfulness as your new subconscious programs
So practice for a while. Not just once and give up.
When you do it, does this make you feel good? Then congratulations! You are releasing neurotransmitters into your brain that are programming your subconscious mind to create both a success-mindset and a mindful way of being.
Do this as often as you want. The more, the better.
With practice, it becomes SO MUCH more powerful. That’s because you’re more and more fully engaging the power of your subconscious mind as you strengthen those new subconscious programs.
And, you might notice more of the stuff happening in your life that you want through a more and more powerful engagement of the Law of Attraction.
