Yes, we smile because we're happy but did you also know that we're happy because we smile?
Yes, it sounds weird, but the more we smile, the happier we are.
And it's contagious. And just by using those 2 facts, we can take the initiative as we relate to others, create stronger relationships, heal from sadness and depression, and reduce overwhelm all at the same time. And it's such a simple life hack... just smile.
Of course, only when it's appropriate. Sometimes, it's not. But that's okay.

We all program our subconscious mind to create limiting self-beliefs. Those limitations show up as frustrations, anger, anxiety, stress, depression, fear and sadness in our lives. But when you reprogram the subconscious mind fast like this, it can create happiness instead. And once we do reprogram the subconscious mind to be happier, it automatically uses the Law of Attraction to your advantage. So this stuff begins to snowball.
And Bruce Lipton’s work has even shown that health benefits can result when we reprogram the subconscious mind. And much work has been done showing the health benefits of a positive mindset.

The method we use in this video is an excellent method for freeing yourself from self limitation caused by self-beliefs hidden in the subconscious mind that are creating sadness or event depression. It takes practice but can be effective.
