The road to health and fitness is often winding
If you’ve tried and tried but are still suffering we feel your pain. Before we had our Sakaso program, not only did Paul suffer for years with crippling health problems but he also didn’t even have the energy or psychology for fitness. Paul healed and got in shape by reprogramming his subconscious mind.

Our approach is a bit unconventional. But look at how many people stick to the conventional and don’t succeed. Usually, people think that a straight line is the best way to get to where you want. If we apply that logic to reprogramming the subconscious mind, then all anyone would need to do is shift their mindset to “I am healthy” - like an assembly line at a factory. Unfortunately, it’s not usually that easy. But if you step back and look at how our lives really work, the roads we walk on are very rarely straight. We all have our own unique way of getting there.

To be healthy, you can either reprogram your subconscious mind or change your habits
Our approach is also unusual because of our understanding that health comes from how we live our lives from moment to moment.
Our subconscious mind controls our biology - our health. How we live our lives creates habits. And creating new habits reprograms your subconscious mind. So, it’s a 2-way street!
So, to be healthy, you can either reprogram your subconscious mind or change your habits. Both achieve the same results!
Emotions and physical health affect each other
And our approach is also unusual because we recognize that emotional health affects physical health and vice versa.
For example, being angry, sad, or afraid all the time creates physical illness. This is because emotion is what powers the Law of Attraction. Habitually holding negative emotions is therefore a very destructive habit because it uses the Law of Attraction to create poor health. But, we can do the opposite and create good health.
An integrated approach is the most powerful
Health isn’t achieved so much by a procedure or a pill. It’s achieved by how we live our lives from moment to moment. How we live our lives from moment to moment is determined by our subconscious.
And, interestingly, our subconscious programming is determined by how we live our lives from moment to moment - particularly by our emotional state.
So that’s why we use techniques that directly reprogram your subconscious mind and also techniques that create healthy habits and a healthy emotional state. All this brings the full power of the Law of Attraction to work in your favor. And we do it in a way that works for you specifically as you follow your unique path.
