Powerful positive affirmation to be your authentic self

To connect with your powerful, authentic self, try this exercise for grounding with an affirmation phrase.

Connect to your authentic self by combining physical and energetic grounding with a positive affirmation

Being physically grounded ‒ also known as earthing seems to provide a lot of health benefits.  But we can also be energetically grounded.  So, today, I’m sharing an affirmation phrase that I always use that lets you be energetically grounded.  IIt’s effective on its own but you can also be physically grounded to get the most out of it.

To start, sit in a comfortable position.  You can close your eyes if you want.  Simply repeat after me.  If you want and you can just repeat in your head.  Simply say, “I am filled with powerful, beautiful, peaceful, healing energy.”

The trick is to really feel each word in the affirmation

And here’s the trick: every time I say every word, I’m feeling it.  When I say “powerful”  I feel the power.  And when I say “beautiful,” I feel the beauty coming into me from the earth and from the sky.  And when I say “peaceful,” I’m feeling it.  I’m soaking up all the energy from the earth and from the sky above.

So let's try again, “I am filled with powerful, beautiful, peaceful, healing energy.”  and repeat again, “I am filled with powerful, beautiful, peaceful, healing energy.”  And just really feel that. Feel it in your body and around your body.  And you can keep repeating.  

Give yourself a little more time when first learning or when feeling low

And I do this exercise almost every day.  

At the beginning, when you try it, first you might not really feel it.  But this is a practice and this is an exercise.  The more you do it, the better you get.  The first time you try it, you might have to repeat over and over, until you get it.  But the more you do it, the easier it gets.  And the quicker you feel the energy filling up your body.

And sometimes, when I’m stressed out, and feeling low, it takes me several times to start to feel it too.  So, it depends on the day.  It might take longer it might be quicker  but keep doing it.

It really helps me and I really love it.  Usually in a couple of minutes, I feel tension releasing into the earth and I’m sucking up all the good energy from the earth and the universe.

I am filled with powerful, beautiful, peaceful, healing energy

So try and see let's repeat that phrase again, “I am filled with powerful, beautiful, peaceful, healing energy.”   Really feel it.  And enjoy the healing energy running through your body.
